Public Beta · Onboarding

Before we send over your edit.

We're excited to have you as an early participant. Before we get you set up, please read through our beta participation terms. Your privacy and trust matter to us.

Welcome to Lookwear's Public Beta

Your access helps us test features, refine the experience, and shape Lookwear's evolution. By joining the public beta, you agree to the terms below.

1. Paid Beta Access

Lookwear's public beta is available at the pricing tiers listed at sign-up. Access is not guaranteed beyond the beta period and may change as we launch publicly.

2. Experimental Experience

Lookwear is in public beta. Features may change, break, or evolve without notice. Outputs including lookbooks, product suggestions, and styling notes may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. You accept this as part of early access. Lookwear does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

3. No Refunds

All payments are final. Refunds are not available for beta subscriptions or one-time purchases. However — your outcome matters. If something feels misaligned, email us at feedback@lookwearapp.com and we'll prioritize revisions and continued support within beta capacity. Our goal is that you walk away with clarity, confidence, and useful styling insight.

4. Delivery + Love It Guarantee

Fast Turnaround

We aim to deliver your lookbook within 24 hours of completing onboarding. Delays may occur due to volume or testing needs — we'll always communicate if timing changes.

Love It Guarantee

If you don't love at least 3 out of 5 picks, we'll redo your recommendations one time within beta capacity. Email feedback@lookwearapp.com within 7 days of delivery with brief feedback on what didn't match.

5. Confidentiality + No Sharing

Please do not publicly share screenshots, screen recordings, UI flows, internal pages, beta links, or lookbooks without written permission from Lookwear. You may share your final looks publicly — just not internal product screens or documents. Please do not forward access links to others unless explicitly told it's okay.

6. Data + Privacy

We collect your email, sizing, style preferences, and questionnaire responses to provide your Lookwear experience and improve the product.

We will never sell your personal data — full stop.

We may anonymize and aggregate data to improve Lookwear. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. Lookwear retains ownership of its software, design, and platform IP.

7. Data Retention + Deletion

We retain beta data for up to 24 months. You can request deletion anytime by emailing support@lookwearapp.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request." We'll action within 30 days.

8. Feedback Use

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve Lookwear and referenced in anonymized product messaging unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

9. Access Rights

Lookwear may revoke, modify, pause, or limit beta access at any time — including to protect system stability, prevent misuse, or iterate on the beta program.

10. Your Contribution Matters

By participating, you're helping shape a new styling platform. Your feedback, experimentation, and patience are deeply appreciated.

Let's get started

Know your style like you know your top artist.

You can name your top artist in seconds. Your style deserves the same clarity. Answer a few questions and we'll build a lookbook that actually feels like you — based on your music, your identity, and how you actually want to get dressed.

Your taste

Who are you listening to right now?

Add up to 5 artists. Your music taste is the primary signal — it already knows how you want to move through the world.

How should we read your artist?

Think Sabrina Carpenter — is it the vibe of her music, or what you've actually seen her wearing lately?
